Education Classes

Education Classes are every Tuesday at 10am and 5:30pm and cover a range of subjects from nutrition and wellness to exercise and behavioral management. Weekly nutrition classes are designed to educate and assist our non-surgical weight loss participants in their weight loss and healthy lifestyle journey. Non-members can attend class for $25.00 per class. Special classes including grocery store tours will be announced online as they are scheduled.
